Description
Maple syrup is made from the sap of maple trees. At the end of winter/beginning of spring, unthawing begins. It is warm during the day and freezing at night. This is the perfect weather for maple sap. As the sun warms the air during the day, it forces the water/sap up the tree. If you insert a tap, some of the sap will run out of it. We collect this sap and then boil it down until it becomes maple syrup. 40 gallons of sap will make about 1 gallon of syrup. That’s a lot of 5 gallon buckets!
We sell our syrup in a variety of decorative and economical sizes. We bottle all of our syrup in glass bottles/containers. This makes the syrup last longer and gives you the ability to see the golden goodness before you buy!
